Our conference centre, The Green Stables offers country feasts to vintage high teas. We can cater for small or large events. Attention to detail, love of seasonal food and wines and access to the region’s best chefs compliments all of our activities. Open fires, superb hot showers with the best view to Mt Macedon are always a hit.
